Right down the road there are 9 indoor Pickle Ball courts and Rabun Arena where many local events are held. Lake Rabun and Lake Burton which are around a 20 minute drive from us. Each lake's marinas have provisions waters sports items such as Pontoon boats at Lake Rabun and Pontoons, Ski Boats and Jet Skis at Anchorage Marina, LaPrade's Marina has Pontoon Boats and on site dining with a variety of restaurants on Lake Burton. Tallulah Gorge has been a wonder for many generations and is only 15 minutes from the cottages. The Chattahoochee National Forest is just across the road from each cabin. You can plan a day of traveling to the many vineyards and the two distilleries and a brewery and you can go by shuttle, there are two companies you can make reservations with.
The cottages have two levels. In Ruby there is great room with a dining area, counter top, with stools, a table on the screened porch and one on deck near the charcoal grill. The living room area has a stacked stone fire place. The Ruby kitchen has red cabinets and The Sapphire cottage has blue cabinets and fully equipped. The pantry has a few supplies, and the laundry closet has detergents, the closet by the front door an iron and ironing board, and more. There are 5 beds and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The loft has 2 twins, on the main floor, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twins. They are identical floor plans.
There is parking for up to 3 cars at each cottage and more parking in a lot across the lake.
